This is a piece about counting down to a family trip, and an abstract illustration of all the dynamics and activities that happen on them! After I drew the excited “countdown” tallies, I realized they also kind of look like prison tallies, which made me belly laugh. Whether you view the tallies as a countdown to the family trip, or tallying up the days ON the family trip, is up to you.
